PLAINFIELD, NJ - A young girl was killed in an early morning house fire at 825 North Avenue.
The 2-alarm fire was reported around 1:23 a.m. and was under control in about 1 hour.
The blaze left about 20 people displaced.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by Union County Arson Taskforce, Union County Prosecutors Office, and The State Fire Marshalls Office.
